Founded in 1996, KEV recognized a lack of automated tools to assist in administering day-to-day school activities as well as special events. There was a clear need for automated money management systems to handle the high volume of School “cash”.  In addition, better reports were required to provide school administrators and district finance officials with quick, accurate statistical information to aid in the decision-making and accountability processes. Armed with valuable experience and insight gained over the years working in Education, we developed an application for managing School Activity Funds.

KEV then developed SchoolCash.Net, which is a web-application that allows all the data for districts to be centralized.  Being web-enabled gives SchoolCash.Net an anywhere, anytime capability that makes administration and oversight of school activity funds simple and easy to do. For the first time, District finance officials can get a complete picture of District and individual schools’ inflows and outflows at the click of a button.
