School Budget Program

This stand-a-lone solution was designed to assist school offices with the large task of tracking department budget allocations that are dispersed among various teachers. It allows for reconciliation to larger internal budgets as managed by the District.

Why did we create a School Budget Program?

Most board offices track school and county expenditures and provide printouts monthly or have on-line balances available for look up. So, why design a program for internal budget tracking?

The developers of the School Budget Program enjoy making routine tasks easier and realize how much work and "people hours" are spent tracking school budget lines. It was developed to assist the office staff and administrators with the internal tracking process. The program does so much more than total columns and rows. It prepares manu of the requires reports, improves communication between decision-makers, provides a built in double check and reconciliation for the board office balance, and reduces the amount of recording, typing and calculator work.
