School Cash Register (SCR) assists with the handling of cash and check transactions for the payment of items. It’s an online cash register and includes the capability of printing receipts and statements.
- Receipting displays current payments and outstanding fees
- Statement reports can be generated by individual student, by grade, by outstanding, by paid, or all students
- Ability to make partial payments
- Ability to waive (free and reduced) or void fees
- Cash out report at the end of the day for reconciliation to the bank

School Cash Catalog (SCC) is the software module that is bundled with School Cash Register and allows school staff to create and manage items available for student purchase.
- Activation of fees based on a start and end date
- Customize fees with options
- Required or optional fee status
- Assignment of fees by all students, grade, course, groups, teams, and individuals
- Fee revenue can be split between GL’s (Categories)
- Accepts payments for more than one Payee (Merchant Bank Account)
- Student information is managed and maintained through a daily change file

- Improves school to home communication by providing large description area per item
