School Cash Register (SCR) assists with the handling of cash and check transactions for the payment of items at the school. It’s an online cash register and includes the capability of printing receipts and statements. New items and items that have been paid using this module can automatically post to the online payment site and all obligations will be visible to the stakeholders in the school (teachers, coaches and administration). Parents will also be able to view these paid items by accessing their online account where the district is using School Cash Online. Complete transparency – an auditor’s dream.

School Cash Catalog (SCC) is the software module that is bundled with School Cash Register and allows school staff to create and manage items available for student purchase.
