I like SchoolCash.NET; I use it all the time. The deposit process saves me hours of work in a week. I love how I can take the money that's thrown at me, count it, verify it, right there in front of the teacher handing it in. I can also print a receipt right on the spot. It's so very user friendly. I would be willing to act as a reference, send anyone my way! This program is soooo great!

I like this system, especially for itemizing checks, counting cash, and coins. The tape for the bank is great too. This program keeps me accurate and it saves me time. A large deposit used to take me all morning now takes me 2 hours. I’m saving a day a week!

I like the “Calculating Deposit form” and that it does all the math for me! I can hardly wait to submit my next Board reimbursement report automatically out of the system. The reconciliation went really fast and was so easy too!

I Love the 3-Part deposit receipts; especially with the contact person’s name printed right on all of the copies. I’m also impressed that you were able to include our board logo on the deposit receipts. This system will be so much easy for the internal auditors to do their job.

In our school environment there seems to be more expected with less time to accomplish the work. I couldn't imagine working in a school without this program. SchoolCash.NET follows a logical sequence and is so easy. It does everything but roll the coin for me. The deposit feature saves tons of time. The trainers were wonderful and didn't mind if I asked questions, when things went over my head. It was a really good experience.

SchoolCash.NET is the market leader in meeting the needs of both board administration and the school staff. Overall, SchoolCash.NET has made our district much more efficient and effective at dealing with school-generated funding.

Even though many districts are feeling comfortable and getting what they need from their stand-a-lone solution - they will be much happier when the make the move to a corporate solution. Stand-alone applications are so much more difficult to maintain, stay current, upgrade and support from the District office. I have no hesitation in saying that SchoolCash.NET is a better product and is worth the return on investment in terms of labor savings from a district perspective.

This company's staff is excellent! They are very quick to respond to any technical support issues or requests for enhancements. Last February, I volunteered to be a member of their Product Advisory Committee that meets quarterly with the management team to make recommendations and support their continuous improvement efforts.

By converting our schools to this solution, we have standardized the fund raising processes throughout the Board, reduced and simplified the work. I continue to hear good reports and even thanks for giving the schools this tool... our school secretaries have nothing but accolades for your trainers. It provides greater security and efficiency with deposits that other programs, such as Quicken, do not provide. Secretaries are really 'gung-ho'!

This was the best program we could find that was tailored specifically for Schools and Boards. We were pleased with how well the (personalized telephone) training sessions worked for our staff.
